Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

If a product doesn't work for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that you let us know why so we can keep improving.

We're flexible with this timeframe. If you ordered a product as a gift ahead of time, for example, we'll work with you on the timing. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at hello@lovenightshift.com.au or through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address (within Australia).
  3. Send the product back to us. Please include your order number with the return so we can identify it.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, we'll process your refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method you used:

  • Credit or debit card: refunded to your bank account (may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank).
  • PayPal: refunded to your PayPal account.
  • Afterpay: any future payments will be cancelled and any payments already made will be returned to your bank account.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we'll cover the return shipping.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
