Free Standard Shipping

All orders ship free within Australia. No minimum order required.

Express Shipping

Need it faster? You can upgrade to express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are shipped the same or next business day depending on when you place your order (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 2-4 business days
Regional areas: 4-7 business days
Remote areas: 5-10 business days

Express shipping is typically 1-3 business days to metro areas.

We ship via Australia Post from our Melbourne warehouse.

Order Tracking

Depending on the shipping option selected, your order may include tracking. If tracking is available, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track.
